Welcome to the Blue Coyote Catering Company. We are full service caterers. We specialize in catering to your needs. We have two catering sections. One is for catering for your business needs and the other is to cater for your home parties.
We have now opened The Blue Coyote Cafe, we are located in the Club House at the Lake Oswego Municipal Golf Course on Stafford Road. We are open for lunch Monday thru Friday 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.
Box Lunch Delivery starts November 2, 2009 Monday thru Friday.

We are the perfect location for Meetings and Parties. We have everyday seating for 44 and can move a few things around and have Banquet Seating for 100.
So stop by for lunch and have a great burger and hit a bucket of balls. Remember, you don't have to be a golfer to enjoy the food of The Blue Coyote.
We offer all menu items to go, call ahead 503-308-4728 and we can have it ready for pick up in a flash.
We offer the largest selection ICE COLD beers in Lake Oswego, over 35 different Bottles and Can's and 3 on Tap. My favorites are the Hawaiian Beers from Kona Brewery. I currently have Fire Rock PA and or Long Board Lager as one of my drafts.
If you are a golfer you can enjoy are great food with and ice cold beer on the course. We offer our beer in our special made bags with ice to keep them frosty cold through 9 or 18.
Catering is our game. We have a state of the art catering kitchen in beautiful downtown Lake Oswego. We were voted Lake Oswego's Best Caterer for 2009 and we are going to fight hard to keep that rank for 2010.
We offer killer box lunches for any size group. We cater office meetings, board meetings, employee appreciation and holiday parties.
We can cater any type of your home needs. Birthday parties, holiday parties, wedding showers and receptions. If you want a party we will cater it.
We work within your budget. We clean up when we are done. We work for you.
We have a great tray service where you can use our trays for your party. We can even come back and pick them up.

We can and do cater events from 1 to numbers in the thousands. Now many Caterers claim to be able to cater events in the thousands but never have, always ask for references. We have the experience of Catering Large Events.
With our contract with the USDA we took care of feeding thousands of hungry firefighters 3 great meals a day. Did I mention that we were in the middle of no-where thousands of miles from home with just the equipment we could truck in. (we do have a lot of equipment to truck in) Our mobile kitchen is loaded with more top end professional kitchen equipment then my restaurant had.
We have Four BBQ's, one on a trailer, two on wheels and the other is used only with our mesquite hardwood. We are serious about BBQ catering because we LOVE IT! We have also added a new smoker where we can smoke about 75 racks of ribs at a time.
I have been told that "I have by far, without a doubt, the best food at the best price"! I like to hear that kind of stuff.......
So if it's a romantic dinner for 2 or a Texas Style BBQ for 1500 we are your caterer.
